Nurstech, Inc. Participates in UC Davis taste panel selection.

The University of California, Davis, Olive Center, at the Robert Mondavi Institute has begun forming a taste panel for Olive Oil. Two members of Nurstech, Inc., Xavier Marques and Jeffers Richardson have been asked to join a panel lead by renown sensory expert, Dr. Jean-Xavier Guinard.  The Panel's main function will be to assist in research, but may also be called upon for the certification of extra-virgin olive oil. The panel will meet at the Olive Center's state-of-the-art facility in Davis California.
